The main home, Hale Hideaway, has five bedrooms all on an upper level. The lower level is detached with an additional two bedroom apartment with kitchen - Annie Hale - as well as two additional one bedroom studios, Poko and Seashell Hale.

There is a detached two story cottage on the property comprising a deluxe upstairs one bedroom apartment, Hale Makana, as well as Kukui Hale, an additional one bedroom studio on the lower level. There are a total of 11 bedrooms and 10 baths on the property.

The property has beautiful views and is just steps away from famous Tunnels Beach.
