A two-night deposit via a credit card is required at the time you make your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by personal check or money order. All rates are subject to Hawaii state tax and $130 outclean charge. 30 day cancellation policy on all bookings. Cancellation fee is $50 up to 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellation within 30 days or less of arrival, all funds are forfeited unless unit is re-rented. No pets. Note: Hawaii tax is 13.47% for bookings after June 2010.
